3D Artist in video games, primarily focused on characters.
Prior to my current work at Behaviour on Dead by Daylight, I worked a few years in a small indie studio called Playmind on the game Inner Friend.
I learned 3D art at the college La Cité in Ottawa and basic game design & art at NAD university in Montréal.
I am looking for new opportunities to learn and grow as an artist and to meet other passionate artists.
Dead by Daylight is an on-going live game that mostly rely on the sale of outfits cosmetics for the various characters as primary source of income.
My tasks as character artists are mostly to model and texture those outfits from different survivors and killers and to integrate them in the engine.
Hired at first as an intern to give a hand in creating characters based on the creative director's vision, I was then kept as a employee to help in any art related work. As all the other artists in the small team, my tasks varied from modeling and texture different environment assets, create tillable textures, make materials, light some levels and helped with some designs.
